Refund & Returns Policy

All refund(s) must be requested within 14 days from purchase. In accordance with The Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange; 

-If the product is faulty 

-If the product is not fit for intended purpose; OR

-If the product does not match the description given

We regret that we cannot provide a refund(s) if you simply change your mind.  Prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, vitamins and therapeutic products with safety seals are not valid for refund due to strict government regulation on drug use and public safety, outside of your Statutory Rights.  Returned goods in the form of non-therapeutic products must be in good condition.

-In all cases of problem products contact with the supplier is compulsory. The supplier has the right to be notified and may require discussing the problem with the customer.

-We are not obliged to give refunds or exchanges in cases of allergic reactions.

-Allergies can be a serious issue for customers and suppliers. In all cases of reported allergies, the supplier must be contacted before offering a solution for the customer.

-In the event a refund for any of the above reasons is required, the value of the refund is to equal that of the original purchase value shown on the proof of purchase. 

-In the event of an exchange we exchange like for like product or product to the same value as shown on the proof of purchase.
